Scope and Content

This series includes maps of the City of Atlanta as well as county maps and smaller Georgia cities. A majority of the maps focus on the City of Atlanta, including Fulton and DeKalb counties. Maps contain information regarding redevelopment plans for streets, neighborhoods, and schools. Some maps also reference wards, precincts, and polling places for the City of Atlanta.

Scope and Content This series contains the mayoral records of Atlanta Mayor Ivan Allen, Jr. Included are memos and letters from Allen and his administrative assistants, Dan Sweat and Earl Landers. Also included are memos from his political advisor, Helen Bullard. These and other records, such as reports, budgets, telegrams, letters, publications, minutes of meetings, newspaper clippings, and news releases document the activities of the Mayor's office, city departments, and the Atlanta Board of Alderman during...

This collection consists of historical sketches written about the club, biographies highlighting members, and a proclamation from the Fulton County Board of Commissioners honoring the club. There are also programs for events and special projects, yearbooks documenting past club members, meeting minutes, financial reports, and meeting agendas.

This collection contains notes, correspondence, and business documentation related to Allen Jones' work in the Atlanta Executive Network, Helping Hands, Log Cabin Republicans, and Young Republicans groups. Materials also include select personal records such as a family newsletter and images of awards Jones received.

This collection contains documents from the meetings of the West Paces Northside Neighborhood Association. Materials include meeting minutes, agendas, membership rosters, and newsletters sent to neighborhood residents. Of particular note is the expansion plans of Pace Academy, which is located just outside of the neighborhood.
